Smart Trainer maintains each client's health information as well as their exercise routines. With an iPhone or iPad the trainer can take Smart Trainer to the gym floor and use it's smart capabilities to time each exercise and record all client performance. Smart trainer automatically calculates the next session weights to ensure a steady, safe increase in client muscle strength. |
